Secrets to Living Longer

All next week on Sunrise, we are going to be sharing the secrets to living longer in a 5 part series. I'll talk about everything from what medical tests you should be getting to what foods you should be eating. We'll also talk about the best exercises you should be doing so you can continue doing the things you love your entire life. If you don't have time to hit the gym, don't worry, we'll tell you how to sneak in some exercise throughout your day. If memory loss is a concern of yours, then be sure to tune in next week.
